I am a total fan of Bob Mintzer.. and as soon as I saw his name on the onesheet, I couldn't wait to pop it in the player. Whoever made that decision deserves a kudo!.. He is good as always, but I don't think of Bob at all when I load one of Kelly's tracks in... Kelly's talent stands on it's own. The arrangements are intelligent for this day's contemporary jazz.. and I think the combination of all elements is what contributes to the projected longevity... my opinion.. -Dr. Michael E. Matheny RadioioJAZZ Program Director, www.radioiojazz.com

. . .Kelly Eisenhour takes the mic for the exquisite "He Shines On Me" (co-written by the singer and John Fluker). Although the song clocks in at less than two minutes, Eisenhour gets credit for one of the disc's best tracks." -review of Gladys Knight's album, One Voice with the Saints Unified Voices at Walmart.com

"But in many ways, it was Eisenhour who stole the show. She is a wonderful singer with a dusky voice that can be sultry or sweet, depending on her mood. She knows how to present her material, her delivery is on the money and she draws her audience into her world." -review of Utah Symphony pops concert, Deseret Morning News

"A glamorous Eisenhour entered the stage wearing a light blue sequined gown. Her golden voice and impeccable style. . .equaled her appearance." - review of Utah Symphony pops concert, Salt Lake Tribune
-------------------------------------------
"Although already a professional singer, Eisenhour's career seems to be heading toward bigger and better things with an upcoming engagement to tour with the Boston Pops Orchestra. Her smooth voice has a nice edge that cuts the jazz with finesse. She has a bright future ahead, and this concert may have provided a chance for Utahns to later look back and say "I knew her when." -review of concert at Jazz at the City Centre Sheraton concert series, Deseret News
-------------------------------------------
"Kelly Eisenhour is a prolific vocalist. . . her contributions offer an element that is most forthcoming and exceptionally pleasing. She proves to be a seasoned professional with plenty of talent to handle any piece that comes her way. Her sweet vocalizations give the music an entirely different richness that complements the wonderful instrumentation provided by this ultra talented quintet. -review of album "SQ'D Horizons" by Q'D Up (Brigham Young University faculty jazz band) on Tantara Records, reviewer: Keith "MuzikMan" Hannaleck (album given 5 out of 5 rating)

The arrangements and choice of material on her (recent) cd are really great. I was inspired and challenged by this music.
